Off-site Shredding

Confidential and secure shredding

Opt for off-site shredding for our most popular and cost effective secure shredding service, trusted by many of our largest customers.

We will provide you with a choice of lockable consoles within which you will store your documents ready for shredding. Each console will have shaped apertures and an anti-tamper shelf, so that only the relevant materials can be received and it cannot be accessed by anybody without the key.

We will collect your confidential documents on a scheduled day and securely transport it to our depot. Each of our vehicles are satellite tracked so we have full awareness of your information’s location at every step. Once at our depot your documents will be shredded and recycled. A Certificate of Destruction will then be sent to you so that you have proof of secure data destruction.
