*Calculate Your ShreddingDorbiere pub group are an independently owned and managed pub group based in Manchester. They own a variety of establishments from student bars, country inns and community pubs across the North West, Midlands and North East, including The Royal Consort and The Wellington Hotel in Preston. They pride themselves on quality service and value and are now wanting to implement that same quality to their waste recycling.
As a recycling-led carbon neutral company B&M Waste services pride themselves on offering customers the latest in technology and advice on the best and easiest way to increase segregation and recycling levels. To implement new methods B&M first need to conduct a free site audit to asses current waste streams and advise on what steps to take next.
Since then B&M have introduced several waste bins to the group. These bins are for their general waste purposes, even general waste at B&M gets recycled. This is due to the zero to landfill policy that is in place, any waste that would have originally gone to landfill we now aim to send to an RDF facility. At the RDF facility based in Manchester, the general waste is baled and sent to a combined heat and power plant which creates energy for the local area from the waste.
Dorbiere pub group will be able to see exactly where their waste goes and how much is recycled on their bespoke environmental reports.
Dorbiere Pub group have now achieved 77.59% in their recycling levels through the segregation of their waste streams.
With all that is going on in the world at the moment, waste management continues to be an essential utility and we are doing all that we can to continue to operate as normal.
We can remotely organise audits, paperwork and health and safety documentation without the need for physical contact so that a safe and compliant service can commence imminently.
