We are continuing to comply with the relevant regulations.
We have increased our hygiene protocols across our offices and workspaces, wipes are provided to clean down work areas, sanitising stations have been introduced and awareness posters on all buildings and throughout the offices.
Our drivers will avoid contact with you and your employees. If they arrive on-site and there are people present and social distancing cannot be done, the driver will remain in his cab.
We are offering clearance services to our customer base to ensure their premises are kept clean and avoid other potential H&S risks.
Waste should be placed outside wherever possible to ensure there is no close human interaction.
We will no longer enter buildings without prior notification/advanced risk assessments.
Please inform us if you are isolating or your site has been exposed to the virus
Our staff are taking precautions and only attending work if they are fit to do so
We will not empty bins that appear to have discarded PPE in
We will not hand over tablets, mobile phones or documentation and will sign these on your behalf
Waste from locations with possible cases of COVID-19 and waste from cleaning of areas where possible causes have been identified should be double bagged, using a strong rubbish bag. These bags should be tied and stored for at least 72 hours or they will need to be moved as Category B infectious waste (in orange bags).
We will continue to be proactive in helping our customers improve their environmental impact, providing video waste awareness and segregation training and environmental reports which calculate the amount of carbon that is offset by diverting waste from landfill. We will continue to operate as normal as possible with compliance and sustainability at the forefront of everything we do.
