B&M Waste Services prides itself on a consistently high standard of service, and is always open to customer feedback and suggestions. In a recent survey of our customers, 95% said they would recommend B&M to another company.*
Feedback from the B&M customer satisfaction surveys sent out earlier this year has been overwhelmingly positive, and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey. The full breakdown of the results is as follows:
87% of our customers rated us as 4 or 5 out of 5 for reliability
88% of our customers rated us as 4 or 5 out of 5 for current service level
90% of our customers rated our waste operatives’ attitude whilst on site as 4 or 5 out of 5
88% of our customers gave an overall satisfaction rating of 4 or 5 out of 5
95% of our customers said they would recommend us to another company
Only 3% of our customers rated us lower than 3 out of 5 for reliability, fewer than 4% for current service levels, while only 2% rated our operative’s attitude as lower than 3 out of 5. Less than 1% of our customers said they were dissatisfied with the overall service provided by B&M.

While it is pleasing that the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied with the service we provide, we always strive to improve what we do. With this in mind we will address all of our customers’ concerns with the aim of getting even more positive feedback next year.
