*Calculate Your ShreddingB&M Waste have built up a long-standing reputation in providing recycling focused, reliable waste management solutions for well-known organisations in an environmentally-conscious manner for many years. Their recent partnership with The Arcadian, a leading leisure destination in Birmingham city centre is no exception, and has left centre management extremely satisfied with the improvement in both service and efficiency when it comes to dealing with their waste.
The Arcadian is one of the most popular leisure venues in Birmingham and is owned and managed by commercial property and investment company LCP, one of the largest private owners of retail, industrial and office property in the country. It appointed B&M Waste to manage its waste after being impressed with its commitment to provide an effective and convenient service. With services including glass, mixed recycling and general waste collection The Arcadian is now assured that it is recycling as much as possible as well as diverting 100% of waste from landfill.
Jo Kinsella, Centre Manager of The Arcadian, said she was delighted with the improvement in its waste management since moving to B&M Waste Services, adding: “ If we’ve had problems they’ve been sorted straight away. There have been times when I’ve contacted the team and they have gone above and beyond to get additional collections made within a matter of hours.”
Area Sales Manager of B&M Waste, Sean Sudworth, also expressed his pleasure in working in conjunction with LCP, saying; “The Arcadian place great significance on their efforts to achieve sustainability across the site, and working with us means their indirect waste management is Carbon Neutral. We are extremely pleased to help them achieve their recycling goals at their prominent Birmingham location.”
With all that is going on in the world at the moment, waste management continues to be an essential utility and we are doing all that we can to continue to operate as normal.
We can remotely organise audits, paperwork and health and safety documentation without the need for physical contact so that a safe and compliant service can commence imminently.
