*Calculate Your ShreddingOn Thursday 21st June, Lancashire-based B&M Waste Services were celebrated last night at the 10th Annual Lancashire Business Awards sponsored by Liverpool John Lennon Airport, walking away with the elusive Business of the Year Award.
The Great Gatsby themed gala dinner was held at the glamorous Stanley House Hotel & Spa with more than 200 business leaders in attendance.
Amongst a series of awards celebrating the very best in Lancashire business, Carbon Neutral B&M Waste beat off tough competition including Recycling Lives to secure Business of the Year. Regional Sales Manager, Bobby Potter, was delighted to receive the award on behalf of the business commenting; “The Lancashire Business Awards offers a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the brilliant work being done in the region. To be nominated amongst such highly regarded businesses is great – but to win is just the icing on the cake. We’re very proud of the work we do and it’s great to have it recognised.”
Frank McKenna, CEO of Downtown in Business said; “The Lancashire Business Awards are always a great night, and this year was no exception. We had an exceptional group of winners, which was fitting as the awards were being hosted for the tenth year, and I believe the 2018 nominations demonstrated the strength and resilience of the county’s business community.”
With all that is going on in the world at the moment, waste management continues to be an essential utility and we are doing all that we can to continue to operate as normal.
We can remotely organise audits, paperwork and health and safety documentation without the need for physical contact so that a safe and compliant service can commence imminently.
