*Calculate Your ShreddingUnfortunately, floods can be expected when you are hit with a month’s worth of rain in 48 hours. Luckily, B&M’s Gully Drainage Fleet was on hand to support Bam Nuttall to tackle the problem as parts of Wirral were hit by flooding.
Gully crew Tony Bradley and Steve Bowler were out all day and into the night dealing with the flood water. Looking at the pictures you can see why this took so long. Their efforts didn’t go unappreciated though, Rob Clifford from Wirral Borough Council emailed through thanking everyone for B&M’s efforts on behalf of CLLR Stuart Whittingham.
Allison Chapman, Wirral Borough Council’s Drainage and Flooding Technician also passed on her department’s thanks for B&M’s work in getting the highway drainage operating and the road reopened in such a short space of time.
