B&M was established in 1999 on the back of the success of the sister company, Bagnall & Morris Ltd, which is one of the largest specialist wet waste operators in the UK.
Working exclusively for Local Authorities throughout the UK for the past 15 years, Bagnall & Morris Ltd is a real success story and is the company that pushed the boundaries of Local Authority contracting to new heights of productivity, and efficiency. It is with the same enthusiasm and vision that, after much market research and a realisation that the waste collection industry had become complacent, that the business plan for Bagnall & Morris Waste Services was drawn up.
Bagnall & Morris Waste Services began with a single vehicle operating on home soil in the Wirral. The company’s plant now numbers over 30 units, including FEL, REL, and specialist vehicles for Hazardous Waste i.e. HIAB and ADR compliant . The company has a turnover in |

excess of £10 million, employs over 60 people, and has expanded its operational area to include the Wirral, Chester, Liverpool, Halton, Warrington, and Manchester areas, as well as sub contracting work to other providers throughout the UK.
In October 2002 the company made a substantial investment in a waste transfer station and recycling centre. This facility allows us to process waste collected from our customers and forward for recycling any suitable materials that would otherwise go to landfill.
In addition to these benefits we are able to demonstrate a quality of service that supports our developing reputation as a major force in waste management. We have also achieved the prestigious ISO 9001,14001 and 18001 accreditations allowing us to gain the trust of an increasing number of ‘blue chip’ clients who require a particularly service critical collection. |
